Hi Everyone, not sure if this is the right place to post this so apologies if not.
I am currently trying to renew my driving license but have been told the DVLA need ne to have a medical to test my CDT levels. I am really confused by this as I have never got behind the wheel after drinking, in fact I have never had any driving convictions at all.
The whole reason for this is a few years ago I had some siezures that were eventual put down to excessive alcohol, I no longer drink and have told the DVLA this but now I feel like I'm being punished for a crime I have never committed!
Does anyone have any experience of this and does anyone know where I stand legally as I am seriously considering going to the Ombudsman and taking this to court. My job is now at risk as I have to drive for it!
Thank you in advance for any help!
