High risk assessment.

I’ve recently been made aware that my drivers license was not renewed after completing a disqualification about 10years ago.I have contacted the court I attended and they have no record of me.This is my only conviction for over 20 years for absolutely anything.What is the criteria for being considered high risk.?

ALSO,I was not on the public roads. A friend of mine drove us to Tesco car park,after he remarked to me that I was not fit .He entered the store and me (always medaling) tried to move the car closer to the front door.Then I brushed against another car,and being a prior victim of such I waited to make amends.That’s it. I pleaded guilty,served the ban.Now I’m HIGH RISK. But the court has forgotten about me , I’m told no record of me exists.What can I do.

I'm a little unsure as to your question. If you are trying to get you licence back then the DVLA will be able to help you. It appears that you will need to be assessed by them for dependency but once that is done you should have your licence returned.
