i’m a new driver and was involved in a crash where i hit into the back of a car. the police came and done a roadside breathalyser test and i blew a 65 and they arrested me. we went to the hospital and did a blood test approximately 7 hours after my last drink. im just worried wat the next step is from here and how bad the punishment will be

There is no way of knowing I am afraid. The breath reading is only an indication, so you will just have to wait to see if your blood reading comes back over the limit or not I'm afraid.

Again, without knowing if you are over the limit or indeed what your reading is if you are over the limit, there is no way of knowing. If you are charged and given a reading I will be happy to help you understand what may happen next but at this stage it is impossible to know what is going to happen.
