It depends.
if you are caught driving your car, blow well over the limit and have no obvious defence then no.
if you are approached by the police at home after your journey has finished (and been drinking at home),
taken to hospital and the blood sample procedure carried out there
have a medical condition that PERHAPS caused you to be unable to provide a sample
or anything that is out of the ordinary then yes, you may even feel yourself that you are guilty but there are avenues that a Drink Drive solicitor can explore. You should not use a general solicitor.
if you are “ban to rights” then if you do feel you need a solicitor to present mitigation (but you can do this yourself) and competent solicitor can present mitigation, you do not need to pay over the odds for this service.
