Hi, I was caught drink driving with 65 microgrammes of alcohol while tested, it is the first time I am called to attend court. I am preparing to plead guilty, based on that I would hope to have milder sentence as a result. I have some question with regards to my current situation which I hope you can advise me to do.
- What kind of documents I need to prepare, as far as I know is an apology letter.
- I previously had 3 times of stopping for drink driving, although I was brought to the police station for 2nd test, I passed everytime and was released afterward, will these records be taken into account of the prosecution, and will these affect my sentence?
- Will you suggest I hire a solicitor to plead for milder sentence?
