Hi,
I was stopped and charged with drink driving on Friday evening. My reading was 97, I was on my own in the car and did not have an accident. A member of the public reported my driving to the police as I was swerving on the road. I pleaded guilty and will do the same in court (date 15th Mar)
I have checked on line and know that I will be banned for 2 years, would I also need to do a community order?
Would you advise that I appoint a solicitor?
