Custodial sentance

My husband was caught drink driving for the third time two weeks ago and is in court tomorrow, will he get a custodial sentance? He was first banned in 2003 and his breath reading was in the 80's his second was in 2007 and the reading was in the 90's and his this was a couple of weeks ago and read 66 in the breathe test. Will be go to prison?

There is a high possibility that your husband will receive a custodial sentence as this is his third offence within 10 years.
