Dear sir/madame

The offence that i have been charged with is driving a motor vehicle when above the limit , i was taken to the police station and there i had a breath test which read 44 ug/100ml.
After this i was given the chance of a blood specimen which came back to me after 6 weeks ( 6/7/10 - 13/7/10) , which read 98mg /100 mill.

When looking at my cert of analysis i saw that they had my middle name wrong slightly ( terrence instead of terence ).

So what i am asking is could this test be invaild as it clearly state on the bagged sample that any mistake should be entered clearly and mistakes should be crossed out.

I gave all my details at the time of asking correctly and also they said they had my details when looking up on their computer (ie CRB check)

I would be greatful for some advice on this matter.

thank you

This is a very minor typographical error and would not be strong enough grounds in itself to have the blood sample ruled inadmissible.
