hi i was wondering if its possible to speed up a conviction so its spent, i was done for drink driving about a year or so ago, was 46mg and got a 12 month ban and fine, i did the dd course and that took it down to 9 months.
im wanting to join the fire service but i was told i cant until my criminal conviction is spent, i no that if i didnt get a fine it would be the 9 months but because i got one it is now 5 years as far as i no.
i was wondering if i can sumhow get the fine removed so i can move on in life????
