Charged with being drunk in charge, not driving, had pulled into a layby, but I was on my own, so 'in charge'.
Breath level on charge sheet 125 but on test record at police station, 103, which I dont understand? Drank too much at my daughter's graduation party, that afternoon!
I have a clean driving licence and no convitcions for anything whatsoever, I also cooperated completely with the police which I think will be mitigating factors.
I'm looking to get legal representation for my court case although I have not sorted this out yet.
I will let you know my sentence here when I am sentenced at court.
