I got stopped on friday night and was getting asked where i was heading as there was trouble down the road, they asked me if i had been drinking and i said yes i had had about 4 drinks which were alcopops so it hought i would be ok driving, anyway they obviously smelt the drink off me breathalized me and i failed so i got arrested and taken to the station, the test there came up 45, i have a court date for next month, just wondering what i would expect to get as i have never had any convictions, i had had a sleep before i drove the car was driving my friend home at 5 in the morning as he was very drunk, when i went to pick my keys up in the morning 2 hours later it was clean and i passed it, im guessing im gonna get a ban for a year but i really dont think it is fair considering i was not drunk just so annoyed and worried to tell my family as they are gonna be so dissapointed in me!
