Will the DVLA correspond with a private GP?

I need to appeal a decision made by the DVLA. I don't use the NHS, I have private healthcare. Do the DVLA accept private GP correspondence?

Hi lenflo, the DVLA will contact your GP that is listed on the paperwork that you send them. Just make sure you contact both parties for copies of all correspondence and make sure your GP lets you see his report before he sends it to DVLA. Then make sure he actually sends it!
