What should I take to court with me.

Hi could you please let me know what you need to take to court when representing yourself? I Blew 81 and have been charged with driving on the motorway whilst over the limit. I will be pleading guilty.

I meant like personal statement, character references etc.

That's a really tough question. The simple answer is yes, both of those things could be good things to take but each persons mitigation is different. Also what is written in the letter can sometimes be a hindrance rather than a help. If they are kept simple a character reference and a personal statement could unlikely hurt the case.
