Times on prosecution docs don’t match

My friend was charged at a police station at 1559

Just checked docs on the machine readings and it says 1507 1509

It was copied onto the docs by the officer. It’s in the legal docs
 
A charge would follow the obtaining of evidence meaning that the charge time would always be after the time of the breath readings. The charge comes at the end of the police station process.

He did not arrive at the police station until 15.59

At 15.06 he was still at his home where they breathalyser him when he was sitting in his arm chair and had been drinking his 2nd glass of wine

The police station machine can sometimes be set to BST rather than GMT or the opposite. If that has happened in this case that would potentially account for what appears to be a discrepancy. This would not have an impact on the reliability of the evidence. It may require a more thorough examination of the documents and more detailed instructions to consider whether this is of any material importance.

The incident happened in the summer not recently when the clocks changed. It’s only recently showed up when the prosecution documents have been seen
