Hi.Im wonder what chance i have.I been charge for drink and driving but only evidence what police have its cctv and some witness.They come to my home and after breath test been taken to Police Station and charge.Thanks Robert
I am afraid that is an impossible question to answer at this stage. Each case turns on its own facts and circumstances and so a solicitor will require to ingather and assess all of the prosecution evidence to be able to ascertain your chances of acquittal.
The Crown requires to prove a charge against you beyond reasonable doubt; if after your trial the Sheriff has a reasonable doubt as to your guilt, then you are entitled to be found not guilty.
