Serious drink and dangerous charge will I face jail?

oh dear, just read through the whole thread to be clear ((I am posting on several threads on this site and another one, hence my confusion)
The Op says in post 10 that he was back in Magistrates court on the 17th February.
BUT, he says in post 17 that he is in Crown Court on 17th March - today! Too many 17s......
So back to hoping he is celebrating his suspended sentence.

That would explain why he hasn’t posted then, only one phone call allowed, not internet access...
I did hope for him that they may have considered a suspended sentence but despite personal mitigation, he did almost everything in the book on the Day to aggravate the circumstances where they were not going to do other than impose a prison sentence.

This is an incredibly sad outcome. You never expect anyone to be sent to prison, however the aggravating factors were there. Is there a news story regarding this case?
