I have been charged with a second drink drive offence my last one was roughly two years ago, I also collided with another vehicle, I am mortified as to what I have done, also I blew 83, I am a single mom to two children an there sole provider can you tell me if I will get legal aid and how an also what my likely punishment will be I'm terrified j bay go to jail because of my chikdren
