Plea to reduce 3 yr ban

Hallo. Is it possible to ask for a reduction of a 3 Yr ban for 2nd offence due to hardship as unable to work ( find better paying jobs) kids transport. The current climate skyrocketing bills is very stressful. Asking for a friend now as I had an offence some years ago and got assistance here. Thanks anyone. On Govt website it just says exceptional in respect of Court made a mistake or the Court did not take into consideration another reason you committed the offence. By the way the ban is till May 2024 wow.

Good afternoon,

So long as an extended re-test was not ordered you can ask the Court to reduce the ban after you have served half the sentence, so long as it is at least 2 years since the ban. So you have to have served at least two years. If that time has past you list it with the Court and you or your lawyer can make the application.
