went into court today before instructing a solicitor I jsur wanted to see if this was even fighting for a god was this crazy. Soo there’s no evidence of me driving nor was there evidence I was even driving no witness no nothing at all only apparently a statement from the officer saying I admitted I was driving when I didn’t say that I said it’s my rental van that’s all I kept requesting an ice pack they came to me In the ambulance wasn’t near or In the vehicle at all - initially the witness said my friend was driving apparently but I later admitted to the officer in the ambulance when checking up on my friend that I was the driver apparently but I’m sure I didn’t say anything like that. I plead not guilty and wanna see the body cam of the admission. In the interview the officer making the statement said if it was him that the passenger said you was driving but if they had an admission from me why wouldn’t they mention that all and why wouldn’t the duty solicitor at the interview raise that instead of saying there’s no proof your the driver? This case is completely baffling honestly . Is there any point adjourned for a case management meeting part of me just wants to plea guilty and call this a day tbh
