Picked up by police outside my house - how much will I be asked about my previous movements?

I was picked up by the police outside my house after I was reported driving irresponsibly and I was over the limit when breathalysed. Will the court want me to talk about the length of my journey, or will details just be taken from the police report?

The best thing to do in this situation is to hire a good lawyer.

The Court may ask you anything they want and how you answer will make a difference to sentence.
