PCN and Statutory Declaration TE9

Hi everyone,

I have unintentionally filed a statutory declaration (Witness Statement TE9) for a PCN (penalty charge notice) i received from TFL (Transport for London).
My intetion was to inform the County Court that i have paid the full amount. However, This form(TE9) is used when you want to appeal against the PCN.

Now I want to cancel/revoke this statutory declaration that i filed.
can someone help me to understand what my options are?
