Hi there, I have an ongoing situation with a family member who out of sheer spite and venom, reported me to DVLA stating unfit to drive. My GP practice , looked at out of date notes, never informed me., which has now resulted in my provisional licence being revoked. My test was booked for August , driving instructor very impressed with my progress etc. Never been breathalysed, I have been trialled without judge or jury. Any advice please ?

What have the DVLA stated as the reason for the revocation and what are they suggesting as a remedy?

Thanks for responding, the call provoked a letter to my GP who just went off out of date medical reports, alcohol related , without even speaking to me about it

Are they suggesting there is anything you can do or are they saying apply again after an amount of time?

I am going to appeal in writing, my driving instructor from BSM is willing to state my capabilities ( provisional licence only) I had my test booked in September . It is just i have so many other things (official) to sort out also.
