I was involved in an accident last night breathaliyzed and was over but haven't actually been charged or anything yet obviously I have to tell insurance company but can I not mention the breathaliyzer bit
There is a duty to be up front and honest with your insurers. This would involve answering any questions asked honestly. If you are asked about whether alcohol was involved you will need to respond honestly or run the risk of having your policy invalidated. The problem is that the presence of alcohol will more than likely invalidate your policy in any event.
