License refused

Is it worth taking DVLA to court to get my license back? My ban expired in July 2022, passed my medical, letter was sent to GP for further investigation, GP wrote to DVLA that I'm fully fit to drive and application was refused

Yes I think it is. If you feel the DVLA has made a mistake there appears to be no downside of asking the Court to re-examine the issue.
