Jyet read this I was convicted in 2010 but have just sent for my license back, only to get docs returned with note saying could be another 2 weeks as with the medical department Why ??
The title to your thread says “medical was introduced in 2013, that is wrong. The High Risk Offender scheme has been in place for much longer than that. 1983 as far as I can recall.
