back in June 24, drank and drove (convicted also may I add) caused damage to 2x vehicles, having read some horror stories on here, it prompted me from being honest from the day dot with the insurance firm……”every little helps”.
Currently stands at £6.5k and possible further costs for whip lash injury (so I am told). I’m wanting to deal with this head on, so I have been pestering them for the figure not the other way round.
What’s peoples history with this, do you simply fold and organise a payment plan or go radio silence.
I have an excellent credit rating and have the usual mortgage married kid set-up. Would me not paying a set amount end me up back in front of the courts (aim is not to damage my credit rating)
