Insurance for Drink Drivers - Your Experience?

Hello there, i am coming up to the end of my ban when i do my course which lowers my 17 month ban to 13 months meaning im back on the road in February.

I was wondering what everyone elses insurance premiums were like after the ban, advice on how to get the cheapest premium for a convicted driver, and some reccommended insurers.

If anyone is in my circumstances i would also like to hear what your premium is like:

• Not long on the road, 6 months driving before the conviction
• No no claims, no pass plus
• No previous offences at all, including driving offences
• 17 month ban reduced to 13 for DR10, 62mg breath sample
• About to do the Rehabilitation Course
• No accidents in the car at all

Also i was wondering is the pass plus or any other driving courses worth doing to lower your premium? Because i want to just forget this stupid mistake i have made, learn my lesson and move on and get on with my life, since i have started a Foundation Degree i will be on the skint also, so i need to keep my wallet deficit as low as possible!
