Incorrect details on breathalyser printout

my daughter was arrested for failing a breathalyser test at the roadside but the printout of her breathalyser test at the station she was given cannot be hers as she arrived at the police station at 02.08am (I was outside) and it states test started at 01.57am and ended at 02.06am, she was in the back of a police van at this time . What can I do regarding this ?

Do you think the times are out by one hour, as if it is just a wrong time then I do not think it would work as a defence?

No the arresting officer came out to see me at 03.10am saying she was just about to go down for her test ! So some 1 hour 20 mins !

How sure are you that it is someone else's test? The times would not be enough.

Well it just shows a time on it that my daughter was not there ! So can’t I argue it’s not her, she said she only had 2 drinks, and it shows 59 !

It wouldn't work that way. Your daughter would be asked about the test and the reading that was given. If it is the correct test with the wrong time, it is unlikely to make a successful defence.
