I have a EU Driving License, can I still drive outside UK?

Hi all,

Last weekend I was caught driving alone with 0.46... (Was my first time)
I Understand the UK law and I respect, even not agree be considered a criminal with only 0.46....when most of the EU Countries the limit is 0.50....
But I know I will be at least 1 year not driving that can be reduced to 9 months with the course.

My question:
During this period, can I drive outside UK? I still have a EU driving license, I will be sentence in UK, can I go to my country and ask my license back and drive outside UK?

The disqualification extends to your entitlement to drive in Great Britain and relates to your British driving record. If you have a valid licence for another EU state then you should be able to drive there. If you have surrendered your licence form you country of birth then you will need to speak with the relevant licencing body in that country.
