Hi, just wanted to see would it say on here if I am classed as a high risk offender or do I need to call the dvla? 84EA5B68-A754-4F2A-9BE2-B1FE11F7A29D.jpeg

Speak with your solicitor if you had one. They will be able to tell you.

The DVLA will also have written to you after disqualification and it will tell you on that letter if you are HRO.

The driving licence check will not show if you are a High Risk Offender.
I see from your previous posts that you blew about 90 at the roadside. What was the eventual blood result? If it was 200 or less then you are NOT a High Risk Offender.

Thank you. Blood was less than 200 180 something (my memory is dreadful). Does the blood then overtake the breath as the thing they use or is it still off of roadside? a

The roadside one is only an indication. The prosecution is based on the blood result.
