i asked a question about needing to re-sit my test awhile back, but i got my charges wrong. i said i was banned for drink and dangerous driving. but it was careless driving and drink driving.
i'm still under my 2 year driving probation, so i was worried as to wheather i'd need to re-sit.
the letter from my solicitors said:
"after hearing from the crown court, you were fined £200 in respect of careless driving offence and a further £200 in respect of the drink driving offence. in this regard, you were further disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 15 months from today."
on the letter it doesnt say anything about my licence being revoked, just disqualified. so, will i need to do a re-sit? i phoned the court and asked them and they said its not down for a re-sit, but im trying to ask as many people as possible, haha.
