Anyone know of an insurance company who do not require a photo licence.DVLA have advised I am allowed drive under a Section 88 so long as I am confident I fit criteria.I have also read I am on no obligation to declare section 88 to them either ? DvLA sent me the section 88 .Can Anyone please help..I'm going mad waiting this long ?
