hello,as many of you are aware i was convicted of drug driving in march 2019,and recieved a dg10 on my driving licence,so nearly 2 years ago.i lost my hackney carriage for this offence and my job.it was my intention to do a hgv class 1 and 2 but after phoning around no haulage companies insurance would take me on.does this mean after 4 years from my conviction i will stand a better chance or will i have to wait until the 5 years from date of conviction.also is it worth doing my training now so ive held my hgv licence longer.thankyou.
