Just curious to what happens once i get my driving licence back, will my hgv come back at the same time?.

this is my 2nd time.... I know stupid, first being in 2010 and this one began in 2017, due back Jan 2020

No, you will only get your non-vocational entitlements back when you apply.

You will also need to fill out a D2 application form for your HGV entitlement. The DVLA will refer the application to your local traffic commissiober who will decide what conditions to apply.

TipsyNurse is correct, it is a separate application tha the Traffic Commissioner looks at. Because it is your second ban, so you have (at least) a 3 year ban, you will probably be called to a hearing where the commissioner considers your licence. Unless you were driving a goods vehicle when you were arrested, you will probably get a telling off and your HGV part restored after an extra wait of 3 months or so after your car licence is restored.
