I have completed numerous CDT tests all 1.1% or less but DVLA refuse to issue my licence understood a green light was 2.1 or less?

The DVLA would ordinarily categorise 1.1% CDT results as being in the 'green zone'. It may be that there is another reason why your licence has been refused. A full review of the DVLA papers would be necessary before advising further. You can request your file from the DVLA and discuss with a specialist to consider your best options. You will have 6 months form the date of the decision to appeal the decision to the magistrates' court.

I am not dependent on alcohol - when convicted I was not driving but had a drink at home - I have provided 3 clear CDT tests from my doctor over the last 12 months why I am I refused.. The guidelines said controlled drinking which I do...and my DVLA doctor gave me 1.1% Do I have a claim in the court?
