My father was drink driving in October 2022 and ended up in hospital after having a crash no pedestrians injured or damage to other vehicles just smashed in to a lamp post which smashed a shop window.
But the blood sample wasn’t tested until February 2023 and it was just sitting in his coat pocket until the nurses found it, should he plead guilty but also have a defence?
