I blew 61 last weekend. I was out and bumped into a friend, he was very drunk and has a mental health problem. I wanted to get him away and home safe so drove his car 1 mile to his house, the police had been called thinking he was driving in that state. I was insured to drive his car and didn’t think I was over as had been out and had a curry, but even after I blew over. I fully cooperated and was home within 4 hours. I have a clean licence and never been arrested, I am a single mum of three, I care for my dad and I work full time and I drive a lot at work. I can provide evidence that if I loose my job that it will leave me in a financial predicament. What are the chances of being let if the ban with exceptional circumstances? Can you offer any advice please x
