One more question, I'm a french national living in the UK and I've got a european driving license, does that change anything to the driving ban ?

Your disqualification would be recorded against your UK driving record held by the DVLA, irrespective of whether or not you held a UK driving licence. The ban would be effective in the UK and Northern Ireland but not France.
