Fork Lift Truck Course

Hi, i got a 20 month ban back in April, reduced by means of the rehabilitation course.
However a training agency i am using to get back into work as offered me a place on the above course,telling me i can do this, that i dont need my licence and i can drive a forklift as it is on private property.
i was to assume that evn though the training centre or warehouse is on private property, it still as public access to employees and delivery vehicles.
I dont want to do this course if the law states that it cant be done and find myself in further trouble.

A forklift licence is entirely separate to a driving licence. A ban from driving will not impact on your ability to use a forklift truck.

Many thanks, had been informed by the tutor from my drink drive course, that warehouses etc where classed as public places as other people and the public had access and this made unable to drive any motorised vehicle.
