I was followed by a off duty police officer 22.00 pm when I got to my destination he came to car and asked if I had been drinking to which he phone the police who breatherlised me then took me to police station to which I blew 66 I was put into a cell and charged at 5.00 am for drink driving to appears at magistrates court on the 13th March first time offence will I need a solicitor never done anything wrong before
