I have been stopped by police for being over the limit, reading 39. Once I got to the police station, first reading was 38 and second reading was 43. Opted for urine sample, which will take about 5 weeks to come back. Bailed until 4th February. 51years old and no previous convictions for anything. Very distressed. What is likely outcome as police indicated urine sample advisable as less accurate. Was allowed to drive home 2 hours later with reading of 33.
