I am being charge for failure to provide specimen.
i was with my friend driving and had turned wrong direction, this was because the map had told us. Police stopped us asked if I had a drink, I drank 1 drink that night, just before driving, hence why I didn’t do it. I told that in my religion I am not allowed to drink. When at station, I told them I do not trust them and refused.
i have autism, so I was wondering If I can make a defence as nobody was called. I had given a number for a friend for them to call to notify I was arrested. I was nervous. I am wondering what would be the likely outcome. Do I have a case or not?
