Been looking about but not much info. Anyone know of any vehicles fuel/electric or by any means except peddle power before that is mentioned that can be driven/rode without a licence ???

Nope, the only thing you can ride is an electric bike which conforms to the EAPC regulations. All other vehicles are off limits to disqualified drivers.

The only vehicle you can use whilst disqualified is an electric bike that conforms to these standards.

S.189(1)(c) ofThe Road Traffic Act 1988 [1] creates legislation stating EAPC's shall not be classed as motor vehicles, it states:
140 Certain vehicles not to be treated as motor vehicles
(1) For the purposes of this act—
[...]
  1. an electrically assisted pedal cycle of such class as may be prescribed by regulations so made,
shall be treated as not being a motor vehicle.

EAPC Requirements

In the UK if an electric bike meets the EAPC requirements laid out in The Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles Regulations 1983 [2] and The Pedal Cycles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1983 [3], it can be legally ridden by anyone over the age of 14 without the need for registration, vehicle excise duty (Road Tax), insurance coverage and a valid driving licence.
An electronic power assisted bike can be rode on cycle tracks and anywhere else a standard bicycle can be rode.
