Early Return of Licence

Hi- I was given an 17 month ban in july with 3 mths reduced with course. I pleaded guilt and got a fine.
My wife is now really ill and can’t drive for up to 6mths due to seizures etc. is there anyway I can appeal to the court to have my licence returned early as we now have no trnafport in the family and my wife has no way to medical appointments etc. Thanks

Unfortunately there is no method of reducing the disqualification.
