Dvla questionaires

At my medical (HRO) i noted that I have mild anxiety now a few days later they send a letter that they have written to my GP then a few more days pass they send me another questionnaire saying I have anxiety condition and to fill in within 14 days.....

Can you send cover letters with these as i would like to tell them my anxiety does not effect my driving or would this not help anything?

There is nothing to stop you expanding on any of the questions on the form in a letter and attaching it.
