Afternoon all i am on a rolling 1 years medical licence which is due to expire next month. I have my Part 1 motorcycle test booked for the end of the week and when at the test centre i have to show my valid licence and sign an ipad to confirm its me.
I have received my D1 forms to renew my medical licence and due to send asap once i do my part 1. After my licence expires next month i will be under a section 88 until the DVLA process it and i have a new medical.
Question 1 - If i pass the part 1 i only have 6 months to undertake part 2 to get the full motorcycle licence or i will have to resit part 1 again.
Question 2 - Has anyone done or are you allowed to undertake a driving test while under a section 88
