Drink driving

Hi I was arrested at home,for drink driving. At police station I blew 80. Never ever drunk driving. Only ever conviction was no insurance. No criminal convictions. I never admitted to drink driving as was terrified to stay in longer. Was there from midnight till 6pm. What will happen?

Well as I'm sure you aware you will be disqualified but given the high reading you may be looking at community punishment instead of a fine. My best advice to is hire a good lawyer to mitigate for you on the day.

Many thanks for your reply. I have contacted a lawyer and waiting to hear if I will get legal aid. He said it will be the days before my court date that the police will send the details over. But I sent pictures of the forms I have.

Hi my lawyer advises there maybe more than one hearing for drink driving and prison is excessive for the offence, but may get a community order?

Can I ring the police station and say I'm guilty as lawyer says not until court date
