Just got a letter from my doctor saying i have a total needle phobia and won't have any needles of any sort can so can i still take the drink drive medical
 
You can still take it, but the DVLA will make their decision without the CDT test which may disadvantage you.

The other option is to have blood taken with sedation. You could look into something like a nurse taking it when you are on Ineox. It would probably be best to discuss with the DVLA what they find acceptable, I'm sure you won't be the first person to contact them about it.
