Hi
I got home and the police arrived breathalizer me at .90 then taken to Police Station.
At the station I was asked to breathalizer which I willing did.. I had no idea it was an offence when He said it failed as I didn't blow hard enough for 3 attempts.
I could see the green light moving up then he stopped me saying I wasn't blowing hard enough. I was. After 3rd attempt he said I had failed and was put into a cell. No other blood test etc taken.
I have a medical condition/intolerance that stops my memory for periods so I have no recall of the police station until the breath test..but don't want to mentuin this incase I get into more trouble. I wish I'd had a solicitor.
I'm Scared. I have a disabled son who needs me and drive him and I don't know what I will Do.
It is my first experience in my 60+life I had no idea of these procedures.
Is that two separate court cases two different fines/bans..being
