Hi
I arrested for drunk drive and not stop in the accident which occurred on the street with parked car. My breath reading was 102 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. I never ever convicted before and this is my first conviction. when the accident occurred i did not realise other car which parked in the street damaged but realised something hated my driving side mirror and which completely pull out and broken. I am just wondering what kind of sentence or punishment I have to face in the court ?

A reading of 102µg of alcohol per 100ml of breath puts you in the third sentencing bracket. That means you will face a ban of between 23 and 28 months together with a community order. The collision may aggravate matters so that the ban may be pushed higher up the bracket.
